Have C1 Console GUI in your own language
C1 can be easily localized into different languages with a specific language package.
After installing the package users will be able to set their C1 application interface to their native language.
How to implement
- Install the package for your language from the System perspective (Packages | Available packages | Composite.LanguagePacks).
- (optional) Restart the server (Tools | Restart Server).
- Open the Regional Settings (Tool | Regional Settings...)
- Switch the language of your C1 application interface by selecting it in the C1 Console Language dropdown list and click OK. (Note: On version 3.1 or earlier, select the language in the Regional Settings dropdown list.)
- Click OK when prompted in the Change Application Language popup window.
The Administrative console will reload and the application interface language will change to the language of your choice.
Available Localizations
Currently GUI localizations are available in the following languages:
- Chinese
- Dutch
- German
- Russian
- Ukrainian
Important Notes
- Before uninstalling the language package, you should switch to the default language of your C1 application interface.
- If no string is provided in the native language for a GUI element, the string in the default application interface language will be used instead (English, US).
